Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel an order?
After confirming your order, you cannot change or cancel your order details. Please check carefully before placing an order.
Can I return a product?
In the event a delivered product is defective, different than what was ordered, or not the quantity ordered etc., returns or exchange of product will only be accepted if the following conditions (1) ~ (3) are met.
  1. The delivered products has a lack in quantity, differs from product that was ordered, or has an obvious abnormality (damage or rust) to its exterior, and that MELINK Automation acknowledges it.
  2. Contact us within 5 days after product delivery regarding above (1) faults.
  3. The product has not been used.
The return of products will only be accepted if customer support is contacted within 5 days after delivery and only in the following cases:
  If a defect if found in the delivered product
  If the delivered product is different from the order content
Returns will be handled in either the following ways and a warranty that exceeds the sales price of the product cannot be accepted.
  Exchange (if in stock)
  Refund (if not in stock)
Where do I send products for return or exchange?
Please contact our customer support in advance to obtain Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). Customers will be advised on how to send the product and be provided with a delivery address. This Return Authorization Number must be printed clearly on the outside of the box the item is returned in. A return authorization letter must also be included inside the box.

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or not as described, unless otherwise specified on the product description page. All returns must be pre-authorized by a MELINK Automation representative and be postmarked within 5 days of the original purchase date. All return items must be in original condition and packaging. All packaging materials, manuals, CD’s, digital media, warranty cards and other accessories and documents must be included. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. All returns will be inspected and the reason for the return will be verified. Items found to be non-conforming to return requirements will be rejected. Otherwise, a direct replacement item will be shipped to the buyer at no additional cost. If we are unable to replace the item within the manufacturer's standard process (may take 14 business days), the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping charges, will be refunded.
